Dr. Prakash Neulkar Working as Assistant Professor at Department of Commerce, Sharadchandra Arts & Commerce College, since 5th October, 1993 to till date.Teaching B.Com I, II, III, Marketing, PBM, Auditing, Income Tax & Business Law. Paper setting and valuation at college lever , admission process, guiding students in their project work, performing duties as External examiner, Valuation and Paper setting at University level. Arranging seminars, Guest Lecture, Industrial visit.
Presented research papers in 12 State level conference, 4 National level conference. Published book titled: Business Regulatory Framework & Company Law.
Undergoing minor research project sanctioned by the UGC, organized 3 UGC sponsored seminar as Organizing Secretary – Self Help Group the informal institution for Rural Empowerment, Human Rights & Value in Education & promotion of Ethics & Human Values. UGC sponsored career orientation course-E-Commerce, Human Rights, Raja Rammohan Roy study Centre.Supervisor for Ph. Dr. Amit Rangnath Pande, has completed Master’s Degree in Commerce from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and has completed his M. Phil in Commerce from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has also completed his Ph.D in Commerce from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He is presently working as an Associate Professor, Shardchandra Arts and Commerce College.
He has rich experience of 21 years in teaching Commerce to various undergraduate students. He has published 13 papers in International and National Level Conferences, Workshops, Journals and Seminars. He is a Ph. D Supervisor, Department of Commerce, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.
Prof Sulbha Wagde, has completed Master’s Degree in Commerce from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. She is presently working as an Asst. Professor, Shardchandra Arts and Commerce College. She has rich experience of 14 years in teaching Commerce to various undergraduate students. She has published 07 papers in International and National Level Conferences, Workshops, Journals and Seminars.
Prof Chhaganlal B. Katre, has completed Master’s Degree in Physical Education RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He is presently working as a Director of Physical education , Shardchandra Arts and Commerce College. He has completed M.P.Ed Degree in RTM University, Nagpur. He has rich experience of 20 years in Department of Physical Education.
He has published 05 papers in International and National Level Conferences, Workshops, Journals and Seminars and Horizon published books.NSS co-coordinator from 1998 to 2005 and 2013 to till. Member of Malkham Selection committee in RTM University Nagpur. Member of State cross country advisory committee. Annual Athelatics meet committee Judge (Jump). Officer Incharge at college for RTM University, Nagpur from 2004 to 2013. Co officer incharge in various college in RTM University, Nagpur from 2000 to 2013. Attend the various colleges in BPE & BPED for external examiner.
Have completed refresher course organized by academic staff college RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. Have attended various state level , National level and international level conference and seminar. Have been Invigilation and paper valuation for B.A. Part I, II and final in History in RTM Nagpur. Submitted Ph. D. in July 2014.
Was officer incharge at college for RTM Nagpur university Summer Exam 2011. 18 Paper presented in National, State level seminar.
Prof. Dinesh Nathuji Gujar has completed his Post Graduate Degrees in Arts in Marathi from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has also completed his Master’s in Philosophy in Marathi from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has passed SET (State Level Eligibility Test) for Lecturership from Maharashtra. He is presently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Marathi, Sharad chandra Arts and Commerce College. He has teaching experience of 11 years. He has been awarded an eminent “Best Program Officer” in 2009 by Department of NSS, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur for his excellence in contributing to the field of Social Service. He has participated and published 6 papers in International and National Level Conferences, Workshops, Journals and Seminars.

Dr.PoorvaBhonde, M.A.(English), B.Ed., M.Phil., Ph.D,has teaching experience of 18 years to her credit. She has done her Doctoral Research on ‘ Mind and Art of R.L. Stevenson.’ She has published a number of research papers in the Journals of International & National repute. She has also authored and edited 05 books- English for All , Remembrance – A Collection of Essays , Speeches on all Occasions , The Sky Within – A Collection of Poems, Shifting Perspectives:Gender &Society in Literature and Films. She has successfully organized a Regional level Conference on English Language Teaching in 2010 and a Seminar on Human Rights in 2012.Under her guidance the Dept. of English also co- operated well with ELTAI to organize International Conference in the College in 2012. She is the member of Syllabus Committee .At present 05 students are pursuing Doctoral Research in RTM Nagpur University under her supervision

Dr. Dattatray Bajirao Watmode has completed his Post Graduate Degrees in Arts in Marathi and Political Science from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has also completed his Master’s in Philosophy in Marathi from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He is presently the Head, Department of Marathi, Sharad chandra Arts and Commerce College.
He has completed his Ph.D in Marathi from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has teaching experience of 21 years. He has been awarded an eminent “Disha Maharashtra Bhushan: 2010” for his excellence in contributing to the fields of education and social service. He is a Member, Board of Studies, RTM Nagpur University in the area of Marathi Language. He is a Ph.D Supervisor, Department of Marathi, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. He has published 14 papers in International and National Level Conferences, Workshops, Journals and Seminars. He is the Treasurer, Marathi Pradhyapak Parishad, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.
Prof. Surendra Pothare, after graduating in Arts in 1991 went on to pursue his post graduation in Arts from Nagpur University. He has done his M.Phil in Economics in 2000. Presently he is pursuing his Ph.D in Arts from Nagpur University. He has 19 years of rich experience in academic and administration. He started his career as Assistant Professor in Economics with Shardchandra Arts and Commerce College, Butibori in the year 1995.
Prof. Surendra Pothare was instrumental in bringing various UGC granted study centers in the college. As a senior academician with profound knowledge of the university related matter he was appointed on various committees including faculty selection, LEC and various other committees. He has published research articles in 10 National and 4 International Journals.
He is presently working with Sharadchandra Arts and Commerce College, Butibori, Nagpur as Vice Principal and Co-ordinator for B.Voc and Community College courses. He is also Life member of Indian Economic Association.
